Daniel L. Reinganum, Esq.
DANIEL L. REINGANUM was born in Pasadena, California in 1984. He graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in Physics and attended Rutgers School of Law – Camden. He is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
He has focused his practice in bankruptcy and estate (wills, trusts, estate and probate administration and litigation) matters.
He has been successfully representing consumers and debtors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases for more than ten years. He says, “In my experience, most people who are considering bankruptcy are nervous of the process because they do not know how friendly the bankruptcy system really is for those who truly need it. Perhaps more accurately, I should say that people aren’t sure what to believe because they see so many different things about bankruptcy online and bankruptcy laws can vary widely state by state. I believe that it is important to explain to my clients the different options that they have under the bankruptcy laws and the tools available to them. My core operating belief is that an informed client can make the choices that are best for themselves and their families.”
In the area of wills, trusts, and estate/probate administration and litigation, Daniel knows it is never easy when a loved one passes away, and having a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney to help guide you through the complicated probate process is vitally important. Having a will and estate plan in place before death is always helpful to your loved ones and often saves them headache, heartache, and money.
