Lauren A. Talty, Esq
Lauren A. Talty earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Upon graduation from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Anne McDonnell, P.J. Civ. in the civil division in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Following her clerkship, Ms. Talty worked in-house as Associate Counsel for a national hospitality management company located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As Associate Counsel, she formed entities and drafted organizational documents, drafted and negotiated property management agreements, reviewed franchise agreements, obtained liquor licenses for various business entities, and assisted in the purchase and acquisition of real estate across the country.
Ms. Talty joined McDowell Law, PC in February 2018 and plans to focus her practice on business law, contract law, real estate, collections, and wills, trust, and estates.
