Rachael B. Brekke, Esq

RACHAEL B. BREKKE graduated with a joint JD and MBA from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Mary Eva Colalillo, P.J.Ch., in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden. Following her clerkship, Ms. Brekke worked as a Policy and Regulatory Advisor at the NJ Board of Public Utilities. Ms. Brekke’s practice at McDowell Law consists of representing clients in commercial litigation, contract and business law, and wills, trusts and estate planning. She also practices in the areas of municipal land use and real estate transactions.

Ms. Brekke serves as the President of the Camden County Bar Association and is the Vice President of the Camden County Bar Foundation and Co-Chair of the Public Benefits Committee. She was the Young Lawyer Trustee for the Camden County Bar Association in 2013-2014.

Beyond the bar association, Ms. Brekke serves in a number of other roles for local charitable organizations. She is a member of Big Brother Big Sister and treasures her time mentoring her 12yr old Little Sister Taniyah since 2016. Ms. Brekke serves on the Board of Directors for the Cathedral Kitchen, the largest emergency food provider in Camden. Most recently, she has been appointed to serve on the Executive Board for Jewish Senior Housing and Health Services, an organization that serves our seniors and provides the utmost care for our loved ones in Camden County.
